Taizhan Mukhtar Bolatkhanovich was born on September 10, 1973.

Mukhtar Taizhan spoke in some detail about his appearance in the information field of Kazakhstan in one of his interviews in 2010. Having listed all his achievements as an entrepreneur (in general, these can be called achievements with a big stretch), he outlined the event that became the starting point for the Taizhan activist.

However, the fuse of the newly-minted public nationalist did not last long. In 2014, Taizhan solemnly announced his retirement "from politics".

He wanted prices to rise above 130 tenge/kg. And so it happened: since all the farmers were transporting onions to the warehouses of Taizhan, there really was a shortage – prices rose rapidly in a few days.
A group of farmers felt it was wrong for ordinary people to suffer and decided to sell part of the crop, bypassing the agreement, to supermarket chains in order to reduce the price of onions.
When Taizhan found out about this, he sued the farmers. Those who did not have sensible lawyers and an understanding of the principles of legal proceedings lost, and the court ordered them to pay losses and moral damages to Taizhan.
It is said that this story hit the farmer named Battash the hardest – he had to repay Taizhan the most. This fact, as well as accusations of theft, were a blow to a respected person in the village – his cancer worsened due to nervousness, Battash began to quickly wither away.
The farmer's relatives asked Taizhan publicly and personally to forgive Battash so that he could go abroad for treatment. But Taizhan stubbornly refused to forgive the farmer until he compensated him for the damage. As a result, Battash did not get treatment and died soon after.
Journalist Aigul Kokay recalled a different story, when in 2012 a resident of the village of Tuzdybastau, in the Almaty region presented a horse to national patriots for support after the death of his son. However, the nationalists refused the offering, stating that they could not accept gifts from a grieving family. After some time, Mukhtar Taizhan went to this village and slaughtered the horse, declaring that he would equally divide the meat between people. Then he took the carcass to the city, and people did not see any meat.

To prove his accusations, Sadyrbaev recalled Taizhan's recent trip to the UAE.
